Terms of Service

GameForge Hub ("we", "us") is an independent studio building custom Discord bots, server setups, branded assets, and AI engagement tooling for gaming communities. You ("you", "client") are the individual or organization who orders our services or buys a digital asset from our marketplace.

When you submit an order via our site or message us directly, you are requesting a quote, not placing a final purchase. We reply within 24 hours with a fixed scope, a fixed price, an estimated delivery window, and a secure payment link. No money is collected until you accept that quote.

Marketplace assets (emoji packs, server templates, bot scripts) are sold as instant-delivery digital goods at the price shown on their detail page.

We accept Payoneer, major cryptocurrencies (USDT, ETH, BTC), and local gateways where available. Prices are shown in USD. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain; refunds (see §6) are issued in the original or an equivalent currency at our discretion.

Custom bots typically ship in 3–7 days. Server setups ship in 1–3 days. Marketplace assets deliver instantly via the download link or Discord DM. If we miss a stated delivery date by more than 72 hours without a prior heads-up, you are entitled to a full refund under our money-back policy.

You agree not to use our services to build tools intended for spamming Discord, scraping user data in violation of Discord's ToS, phishing, selling counterfeit goods, or any activity illegal in your jurisdiction or ours. We may refuse or terminate an order that falls in these categories and will refund any unspent amount.

If we can't deliver what was agreed in the quote within the quoted timeline, we refund you in full within 14 days of the original delivery date. Details are in our refund policy.

Once an invoice is paid in full, ownership of the bespoke code, assets, and configurations we build for you transfers to you. We retain the right to reference the project (logo, screenshots, community name) in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing to keep it private. Marketplace assets are licensed to you for unlimited use in your own communities; reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.

We do our best to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages — loss of members, lost ad revenue, or Discord account actions outside our control.

We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Material updates are announced via email to active clients and the date at the top of this page is refreshed. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
